Attracting users through exclusive offers

Attracting users through exclusive offers

After discussions with project managers and stakeholders, we decided to emphasize offers within the app. This included welcome discounts, referral rewards, and personalized promotions, all displayed prominently on the home page. This approach ensured that users were immediately aware of the incentives, driving engagement and encouraging repeat usage, which was essential for competing in a crowded market

Introducing the quick buy feature

Introducing the quick buy feature

We observed that many users tend to browse without making decisions due to the overwhelming number of options. To address this, we introduced the Quick Buy feature, which showcases popular items on the home page for easy selection and faster purchases. This reduces complexity, streamlining the ordering process and encouraging quicker transactions.

I designed wireframes and user flows to streamline the Quick Add feature, focusing on simplifying the process of adding items from the home page. The designs addressed challenges like food variety and customization options. After several iterations and feedback, we finalized the wireframes, creating a smooth and efficient ordering experience.
